Frequently asked questions

What is a music ministry clinic?

Normally at TWIST we run large group masterclasses which tend to have lots of good information but not much chance to get your hands dirty. This year, every clinic is being kept small and everyone gets to participate. So if you are in a band - we need you to bring the band with you - so we can give you on the spot feedback, tips and encouragement. And its the same with all the others - if you write songs, bring them along. If you lead singing, be prepared to stand up and lead.

The downside is - we don't have very many places at all - so you'll need to book in quick.

What does the concert involve?

TWIST has always sought to model as well as teach. And our evening event will be led by some of Australia's finest evangelical church musicians - 'demonstrating' how they do it. But much more than that - we want TWIST to be a time of personal and spiritual encouragement, refreshing you in the Word, spoken and sung. We talk about the evening as a 'concert', but in practice it is what it says on the tin - The Word In Song - Together.

Who is the concert for?

As in previous years - our evening event is for the whole church. Great church music is the responsibility of the whole congregation - not just the musos. If you want to train your church to sing well - then bring them all along!

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Cancellations made up to and including August 31st 2013 will incur a $10 administrative charge. Sorry, no refunds will be given after that date.
